dylan had surgery on november 5th. he was an amazing patient and loved the sweet nurses that cared for him. he was in heaven getting to play daddy's itouch before surgery. since then we've seen a marked improvement with the snoring. he seems to have a lot more energy too - which is good...most of the time. if we thought we were chasing him before, we are really chasing him now!

here's a cute dylan side story...

dylan loves school and learning. kindergarten has been a bit frustrating for him - it's too easy. at our last parent conference his teacher said he had achieved "mastery" for pretty much everything they test for. he's reading at a 3rd grade level and loves books! lately he's been coming home and complaining more and more about how boring school is. tonight he came into my room and told me that tomorrow he was going to tell his teacher that she needed to make things more challenging. he said, "i'm going to tell her, "i'm getting bored of this easy business. so can you change it to hard?""

oh how i love this boy.
