happy halloweenie!

another halloween...it was exhausting!  i think the between the ward trunk o' treat and the school parties and finally making the rounds in the neighborhood - the kids had a great time.  we recycled a few of our costumes this year.  i just didn't have it in me to go the extra creativity-mile.  but the boys costumes still fit them both perfectly so we went with those.  mari was adamant about being a mummy and so she and i got creative with fabric that i had on hand.  we had a lot of fun doing it and have talked about the other sewing projects we want to take on.  i've decided to set up a room downstairs for all that stuff.  hopefully it will help keep us busy this winter...when we're not on the slopes that is!
