back to school 2011

summer went by very quickly this year. i was a little bummed to see my kids get on the bus this morning - i will definitely miss them - but later, i enjoyed a little bit of quiet time out with eli.

for some reason in north carolina (at least in our area) little elementary children need to get up at crazy hours of the morning.  seriously, my kids were ON THE BUS at 6:28...and they're not the first stop. 

this year the buses are running 10 minutes earlier than last year.  but they were all smiles getting off the bus...
