spiders

when i picked dylan up from school yesterday his teacher was saying what a great day he had. he started telling me that they had learned about spiders and bats. his teacher then said that he'd made a comment about how i had a spider on my leg.

i started to laugh right out loud. i told her how i'd mentioned to dylan that i've got a new patch of spider veins on my leg (which my doctor says will go away - i hope!!!!). it was obvious that he'd taken the spiders literally. grateful that truly isn't the case!
